Welcome to my website.  My name is Gustavo Fernandez and I was born in Mendoza, Argentina in 1977.  I studied classical guitar at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo with Professor Cristina Cuitiño, receiving my licentiate degree in 2004.  I have participated in master classes with Maximo Pujol, Juan Falú, Horacio Salinas and Juan Manuel Quintana, among others.  I completed my masters degree in classical guitar performance at the Hartt School of Music and Dance, part of the University of Hartford, in Connecticut under the tutelage of Professor Richard Provost.
